1 tablespoon oil
8 oz. or about 3 cups whole green fresh green beans
3 tablespoons soy sauce, or to taste
Snap ends off fresh green beans and remove strings if necessary. I leave them whole but you can snap them any size to suit you.
Wash and dry thoroughly.
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat. Toss and stir fry green beans till beginning to brown and tender crisp. Add soy sauce to taste and continue stir frying for a few minutes more, until soy sauce reduces a little. Serve immediately.
I have also added some chopped garlic to this when I add the soy sauce, and also used teriyaki sauce instead of soy sauce. These are great either way!
